RealTime is urgently looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join one of our best clients team. This is a full time, permanent position located in Dublin City.
You will need:
- 3+ years of previous experience
- Knowledge of basic computer concepts, PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in Windows OS installation and troubleshooting, specifically Windows 7 & 10
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
- Good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft online stack
- Working knowledge of VMware virtualisation methodologies
- Experience supporting Windows clients in a managed desktop environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
