IT Customer Service Representative
• 2+ years in a Customer Service role
• Must have a strong grasp of technology and be very interested in learning new IT based skills
• A previous IT Helpdesk background would be advantageous but not essential but the Cusomer Service skills are a MUST HAVE
• This is an exciting role for someone who wants to break into an IT based role but this role will initially be based in a customer service / contact centre role
