Realtime Recruitment has a requirement for a Product Owner to join a leading client.
This is a permanent role based in Dublin.

Experience Required:
• Experience with technical, user and business issues in a fast moving, customer-centric digital organization
• Able to work well in a highly collaborative cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior management
• Experience and in-depth understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
• Proven track record using structured specification techniques such as user stories or Use Cases.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action and willingness to take personal initiative
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent experience of workshop facilitation using a variety of tools and techniques for small and large groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
