Leading company seeks Service Desk Coordinator/Resource Scheduler.

Salary €32,000 to €36,000.

 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of tickets for engineers

  • Communicating with customers

  • Monitoring of tickets

  • Scheduling installations

  • Working closely with the helpdesk

  • Report generation

  • Ticketing system administration

     

     Key skills

  • 1 years plus experience in similar role essential

  • Very organized

  • Ability to communicate (oral /written English) effectively with customers, engineers.

  • Strong ownerships skills

  • Clear precise thinker

  • Common Sense approach

  • Ability to see the consequences of doing something or not

  • Technical aptitude

  • Excellent PC skills.
