Wintel Systems Administrator – Permanent, Dublin City Centre
Vantage has a great opportunity for an experienced Wintel System Administrator to join an existing team in building & improving real-time infrastructure systems.
Wintel System Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering and provisioning the server infrastructure across the windows physical and virtual environments (including the cloud) as well as scripting and automating our processes.
What’s involved:
- Responsible for maintaining the European Windows and Intel Infrastructure
- Build, install, configure, upgrade & maintain Windows & Intel Servers
- Ensure that agreed SLA’s are met and kept
- Monitor and maintain the Wintel Environment
- Conduct OS Security patches, system upgrades and infrastructure application changes.
What you need:
- 5 + years’ experience in a Windows / Intel Server environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience dealing with third-party vendors
- Keen to pick up and learn new technologies
- Willing to work out of hours on occasion
What’s on offer:
- Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 + Benefits
