Desktop Support Engineer - Contract

DESCRIPTION

I have an immediate requirement for a Desktop Support Engineer with an industry leading beverages company in Dublin!

My client is willing to provide, and technically challenging role accompanied with a competitive day-rate. They have an excellent working environment and a well-established IT team.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years' experience as an IT Support Engineer
* Experience working in a busy and challenging ticketing environment
* Experience creating new AD groups & applying different policies to groups
* 2nd level Troubleshooting on business applications and Microsoft Suite
* Excellent skills in supporting Windows 7/10, Office 365 and meeting room technologies. Support of SAP would be advantageous.
