itContracting are seeking applications for Helpdesk Support Engineers, these are long term Fixed Term Contracts in Dublin 8.

This is a 24*7 Helpdesk so flexibility is a must.

* Printer Setup and Configuration
* Application Installation and Support
* MS Active Directory
* Account Management Account Unlock
* Account Management Password Reset
* File and Print Servers
* Windows OS Support
* Desktop and Laptop Support
* Previous experience working on a helpdesk and using ticketing systems

Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
