I am seeking 2 IT Support Engineers for my client, a market leader in the financial space based in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis accompanied by an excellent salary and benefits package.
The ideal candidate would hold experience in a number of the following areas:
• Provide both remote and desk side support
• Escalate incidents and requests to on-site third line support, third parties or other teams where appropriate
• TCP/IP and/or LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 / 2010 / 2013 and/or Active Directory
• RSA Secure ID or other VPN Technologies
• Windows OS 7 / 10
• Building and Maintaining Desktop/Laptops (HP/Dell)
• Network Security - Anti-Virus
• Experience in a Financial Services Environment is advantageous
