• Review and improve the customer journey
• Communicate with senior stakeholders

Key Skills:
• Previous experience in the financial sector would be highly advantageous
• Prior experience working on process improvement initiatives
• Experience dealing with 3rd party vendors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
