I have an extremely attractive opportunity for a technical lead to join a large and award-winning employer in Dublin permanent basis. Within this brand new role you'll be working on one of the most exciting and critical projects in the company's recent history, producing a new SAAS product that they believe will be a genuine game changer within the industry, with a very modern tech stack. This is a hands on development role that would be ideal for a Principle Engineer/Tech Lead with extremely good interpersonal skills and a really solid grounding working with a Java Stack in an agile environment.

The candidate:

* 5 years' minimum technical experience working with Java and related tech (Spring, Web Services etc)
* A good awareness of frontend/middle-tier integration.
* 2 years leadership experience within an agile environment.
* Experienced in designing and building large scale Java solutions.
* Extremely good interpersonal/communication skills, able to liaise with different departments.
