My client, a global Financial Services company currently seeking a Mainframe Batch Operator on a contract basis in Dublin. The role is accompanied by an excellent daily rate and great location.

Mainframe Batch Operator

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and Operate the Scheduling system
• Action Daily and Nightly batch requirements as per the Daily Checklist, plus any requests via email or phone
• Fix and restart any batch failures where possible, and escalate as required
• Run to completion all Scheduled Insurance Renewals jobstreams as required
• Print and distribute Output as required for the business
• Action Service Centre Change Requests, Incidents and Service Requests
• Ensure all systems are available during the required SLA periods and escalate if required
