Technical Support required for a leading worldwide provider of information technology consulting and outsourcing services.

Technical Support - Objective:

This role for Belfast to work with the Cash Equities Front Office IT team on their Market Connectivity to the Exchange. These are existing connectivity solution in place but need support and maintenance activities from these resources.

Primarily need a Lead on Microsoft technologies, C++, Windows, Linux etc. resources should also have Market Access experience. This experience is the key to the role.

Technical Support - Skills & Experience

The successful candidates will possess

• Knowledge of supporting Market Access on Windows and Linux based platforms using C++ or Python

• Must have experience on Market Access.

• Strong experience of exchange connectivity with exposure to exchange API's and market driven protocols i.e. FIX

• Exposure to network connectivity investigation and diagnostics of benefit

• Knowledge of Equities and futures market fundamentals in the EMEA market area

• Experience of supporting reconciliations of market access platforms to trading systems would beneficial

Technical Support - Additional information

Salary : £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
