Level 2 IT Support Engineer - Dublin - Daily Rate Contract
Contract duration: 3-month Initially
I have a really great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a very large and innovative software company based in Dublin city centre. This will be an initial 3-month contract with the view to extend or potentially go permanent.
You will be providing end-user support to their staff and ensure support both remotely and onsite. You are required to have strong Windows experience and proficient with the use of O365, Active Directory and VMware (Preferential).
What you will need:
* Very strong experience windows operating systems (Windows 7 & 10)
* Previous experience with Active Directory
* Previous experience managing mobile devices
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Deploy, upgrade and maintain laptops and desktops
* Logging, prioritizing and solving helpdesk issues.
