BI Analyst Contract (Great Day Rate)
Our leading client is looking for a results-focused BI Analyst to support the growing demands of it's expanding workforce. Key responsibilities of the role
* Engage with stakeholders to gather BI requirements in order to propose and implement relevant solutions that support decision making.
* Maintain and extend the data warehouse, advising on best practices and improvements to the design and content where necessary.
* Create ad-hoc reports and amend existing reports where required (SQL and SSRS).
* Support periodic data-oriented processes.
* To offer a holistic view of data across the site and give guidance or build standards to improve data visibility and quality
* Support maintenance and development of the in-house CRM system.
* Organise and manage own workload effectively to meet all project timescales and managers expectations
* Understand how integrated data sets can be used in Business Intelligence, either as reports or visualisations
* To understand administration of Business Objects processes and servers
* Build and maintain good collaborative working-relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ Years of BI experience
* SQL Server 2016+ experience
* Experience with Data warehousing & replication
* SSAS / Tabular Models (2016 preferable)
* ETL / SSIS knowledge
* Excellent documentation skills
* Worked with single customer views and/or CRM systems
Desirable Skills & Experience
* PowerBI/ SSRS
* SQL Server 2016
* Python
* Experience working in Agile environment
* Demonstrable commercial awareness
