The Role:
• Take responsibility for capturing business requirements
• Create as-is and to-be process maps
• Workshop facilitation
• Data analysis
Key Skills:
• The ability to talk to stakeholders including internal business partners
• Previous experience in the insurance industry would be highly advantageous
• Experience dealing with 3rd party vendors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
