We are looking for a junior tester / developer to join our contact centre development team. This role will involve working with Java, SQL server, C#, ASP.net covering a wide range of business applications, and working with enterprise level clients.
- Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
- Understands the standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
- Client delivered application training and support.
- Assisting in test case design and execution.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving defects.
- Assisting in system documentation (design, infrastructure, end user guides etc.)
- Develop and maintain contact centre applications (IVR and Call Routing).
- Develop custom applications for use in contact centre environments.
- Work within the team to help create innovative solutions for our clients.
- SLA Driven Support and troubleshooting.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to be a contributing team member.
- Level 8 BSc or BA in computer science or related subject.
- Car Owner.
