Technical Skills & Experience Required
2 to 3 years’ experience in a diverse technology and customer servicefocused role • Relevant 3rd level qualification desirable • Clean licence and own transport is required
HP PC’s and Laptops • HP Switches • Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange online) • Microsoft Office 364 (Teams/SharePoint and OneDrive) • HP Printers • McAfee EPO Cloud • Azure backup • SonicWall Firewalls - Basic configuration • Sonic Points – WAP – Guest and Internal • SonicWall VPN – Global and SSL
Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 • Microsoft Server 2012 administration • McAfee • Understanding of switching, firewalls and routing • Practical understanding of Core TCP/IP networking and networking protocols • Good understanding of DNS • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business
Personal Skills Required
Well-groomed, neat appearance • Extraordinary interpersonal skills • Ability to "read" the customer and modify behavior/approach • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills • Logical thinker with excellent project management skills • Able to multi-task across several open cases and manage and prioritise own time • Attention to detail
