Legal firm based in London requires VIP helpdesk support immediate start
VIP Helpdesk Support will have at least 1-2 years 1st line technical suppport experience and some of the following skills;
* Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in a 1st line role.
* Experience of working to SLAs and using a ticket logging system.
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to follow procedures and mindful of attention to detail.
* Able to make progress with minimal supervision.
* Experience of supporting a user environment of 400+.
* Ability to effectively establish working relationships with business users and internal teams.
* Microsoft Windows and Office, MAC OSx, Office 365, and Active Directory.
Legal and financial helpdesk preferred.
