TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Co. Kildare are seeking an IT Sales/Support Administrator to join their team.
You should have at least 5+ years experience in a similar role/prior experience in an IT Services environment and be familiar with the following responsibilities.
*Preparing Bids/Quotes for customers
*Liaising with customers for Purchase Orders
*Maintaining Hardware stock/Licences for customer agreements
*Assigning site visits by IT Engineers to customer sites
*Scheduling/Rostering Onsite Engineers
*Maintaining/Managing renewals/subscriptions from customers
*Strong Office Administration Skills
*Multi-tasking skills - ability to react quickly, efficiently to tasks
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent Communication Skills
This is a multi-faceted role, where you will be expected to manage and prioritise your time well and ensure you are keeping customers informed/updated. You should have strong administration skills/telephone manner/office skills as well as the ability to think on your feet.
