Dublin 2 based opportunity with a governmental agency organization is looking for an experienced ICT Support Manager:

The role:

* This is mainly people management role
* Execute all aspects of ICT support
* Team management of 5 infrastructure and support engineer
* Process improvement
* Manage communication process
* Technologies: External and internal user support, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft products and systems, 12 offices based nationwide

Ideal candidate

* 3 years people management experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and systems
* Experience ITIL framework
* Third level degree in a related decline would be an advantage

This is a long term role with initial contract till the end Dec 2019
