IT Engineer - Dublin
Full Time Permanent
Up to €45,000 with health & expenses
A new role has opened up within my client's infrastructure team. They are looking to speak with enthusiastic and personable candidates that have experience in IT Support.
The IT Engineer will be assisting in the implementation and migration of customer IT infrastructures, resolve all customer escalations (level 2 & 3), assist in the development of junior staff members.
They work predominantly with a Microsoft Stack, focusing on Windows Server up to 2016, VMWare, Virtualisation, 365 and Exchange.
Your technical expertise will be utilised in the development of specialist IT projects.
Requirements:
* Background in installation, trouble shooting and migration with Windows servers
* 2-3 years working as an IT Engineer in small to large businesses
* Knowledge of Networking technologies: Routing, Switching, Firewalls, LAN, WAN
* Experience in Virtualisation VMWare, Hyper V or Azure
* Working knowledge of Exchange and Office 365
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking (TCP/IP)
* Good communication skills and end user helpdesk
* Full Clean Driving Licence
