Recruit First IT is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a fantastic opportunity with one of Irelands leading organisations for a 1 Year fixed term contract.
Based in state of the art offices very close to Stephens Green, the successful candidate will provide support, taking calls and handling incentive and service requests inline with company guidelines.

• 2+ Years’ experience in a Helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
• Desktop & Laptop hardware and software knowledge
• Knowledge of SQL Server or Power BI
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills essential
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
