The Business Analyst will be proactively involved in a client-facing role. The Business Analyst is involved in developing business, functional and technical requirement documentation. The Business Analyst will be passionate about quality software applications and be able to demonstrate impact of requested changes to products.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

* Business requirement gathering, stakeholder interaction and technical requirement production
* Coordinate tests and vendor enhancements and support
* Translate requirements into systems development documentation
* Consult with stakeholders and resolve production issues
* Identify program design and implementation issues
* Analyse business requirements and solve problems

Qualifications and Experience

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Computer Engineering
* Four years plus in a a similar role
* Agile software development exposure
* Process improvement / process mapping / data compliance experience would be an added advantage
