TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Sandyford, Dublin 18 is seeking applications for a Level 3 Support Engineering role (Permanent).
*Responsibility for Level 3 tickets to the Service Desk for resolution
*Providing expert product knowledge and best practices recommendations to customers
*Testing and exploring new features in existing enterprise mobility solutions
*Delivering customer-focused services of the highest standard
*Mentoring Level 2 Engineers to progress in their role/duties
*Building strong relationships with customers based on professionalism and strong work ethic to earn their trust
*Requesting support from the professional services team where applicable to bring tickets to resolution
*Taking ownership of the communication process with the end customer
*Working to deliver SLA's with the customer
*Liaising with the Service Operations Manager to report on developing service issues
*Liaising with product Vendors on escalations
Skills & Experience Required
*Minimum of 5-6 years support expertise, ideally with a mix of support, systems integration and security.
*3rd Level qualification in computer science or technical discipline
*Experience with mobile Operating Systems e.g. iOS, Android and Windows Phone
*Strong Knowledge of
Technologies that support Enterprise Mobility Products
Active Directory and other LDAP based directories e.g. Domino
Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 - particularly ActiveSync
TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, NAT, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANing
Experience in the following technologies would be an advantage
Client certificate authentication - Kerberos Constrained Delegation, SCEP
Linux or Cisco command line interaction
Cisco Juniper and Checkpoint firewall configuration
MobileIron, vmware AirWatch, IBM MaaS360
*Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
*High Level of attention to detail
*Passionate about customers and delivering an excellent customer experience
*Strong troubleshooting ability and to see issues through to resolution and working to prevent re-occurence
*Strong capability to coach and mentor junior team members
*Clear communication skills with the ability to influence customers and colleagues
Potential for work from home option 1/2 days per week post probationary period.
