TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client, are seeking applications from IT Service Delivery Managers who are ITIL and CMMI Certified.
Your role will be to contribute to the strategy, development and quality of the IT Service Management process and to promote ITSM awareness throughout the organisation.
You will be required to take ownership of specific IT Services and to ensure that they are effectively delivered, managed and improved to meet the company and client needs.
You will be working with the management team to provide thought leadership on ITSM and ITIL process development.
You will be creating, monitoring and reporting on comprehensive metrics and KPIs based on Service Level Agreements created.
*You will ideally have at least 5-10 Years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Process Management.
*Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
*Knowledge of ISO 20000 and CMMI Certification
*Knowledge of developing and managing SLAs, KPIs and critical success factors for IT Services, Processes, Operations and work environments.
*Experience of ITSM Software applicaton and tools, analysis and reporting.
*ITIL v.2 Expert Certification with strong knowledge of ITIL 2011
*Experience of ISO20000, CobIT v5
*Project Management Certification an advantage.
