L3 Support Engineer - Dublin North
Contract - 6 months with a chance to extend
I am working with a growing IT provider who are seeking a level 3 Support Engineer to Assist them with their increasing client workload. This gives you the opportunity to get involved with a growing company and you will be in a senior role with a lot of autonomy over your work.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Full Clean Driver's license
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent technical & diagnostic skills
* Strong ability to problem solve and think on your feet
* Professional certifications and ongoing personal development are desirable
* Experience in a L3 deskbound support role
* Experience in supporting small to medium sized customers
* Proven experience of installation, migration and trouble-shooting issues with windows server 2008/2012/2016, windows small business server 2008/2011
* Proven experience of installation, migration and trouble-shooting issues with routers and firewalls
* Proven experience in delivering and documenting complex IT projects
* Proven experience in network and server issue diagnostics / resolution
* Experience in Server Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper V / Azure)
* Experience in VoIP Technologies
* MS Exchange configuration & migration skills (On premise and cloud/hybrid)
* Strong understanding of Cloud Services / Cloud Exchange and Exchange Migrations Office 365
* Experience of implementing LAN/WAN technologies
