Customer Validation Analyst x 2 - realTime recruitment
realTime have new openings for Customer Validation Analysts to join a city centre-based organisation for 9-month contracts.
You will work as part of a large team focused on Products and Propositions providing customer validation for the Clients programme. As part of the team, represent the customer voice via evidenced customer validation outputs. You will conduct the following customer validation testing:
• Guerrilla Testing
•Liaising with various business units to understand the message being conveyed as well as its intended target market
•Updating copy directly via an application interface, including forms, general copy, help text and advertising copy
•Engaging with Customer Experience and testing teams to user test copy prior to sign off
•Obtaining sign off and maintaining traceability of decisions
Skills and Experience:
•Reporting skills- use of dashboards and data
•Google analytics & Analysis
•Customer Knowledge- understanding of demographics, markets and Irish Financial Sector.
•Ability to Influence stakeholders
•Design skill, digitally savvy
•Understanding of UX/UI
•People/customer skills – focus group management experience
•Understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall
