Field Service Engineer

I'm working with an established local company who are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with a strong customer focused attitude to work with a number of their enterprise clients around the Dublin area.

The main focus of the role will be around implementation and migration of their Customers IT Infrastructures and solving level 2 and 3 support issues. This will be a senior role within the team which will also involve mentoring and working closely with more junior engineers.

You'll need to have a full clean driving licences and access to your own transportation. My client will be looking for this senior engineer to work closely with customers, go on-site and assess requirements and then collaborate with the team to provide the best possible service.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* 3-5 years experience in a field service engineering role.
* Excellent windows server 08/12/16 experience.
* Strong hands on troubleshooting skills.
* Hands on networking and firewalls experience.
* Experience with Office 365 and Azure.
* Hands on experience with VMware/Hyper-V.
* Full clean Driving Licence and own vehicle.
