The position:

We are currently recruiting a UX Design Manager to work hands on and lead a team of 3-6 UX Designers across varied world class projects.

Responsibilities:

• To work hands-on and lead a team of 3-6 UX Designers across a range of world-class projects for E-Commerce products
• Working across both responsive web and native mobile applications
• Initiating User Research and using insights to increase User Experience functionalities
• Working the full UX product lifecycle
• Presenting to both clients and stakeholders on a face to face basis

Experience:

• 4 Years + working at a senior UX Design level
• Proven experience of leading/managing a team
• Previous experience within an agile environment
• User Research
• Responsive web and native apps
• Previous client facing role
• strong collaboration both internally and externally
