IT Repair Technician (PC, Apple & Mobile Devices)

Founded in 2001, Right-Click is one of the longest established and well respected high street IT services companies in Dublin. We are looking for a new full-time member of our team, based in our repair workshop within our busy Dublin 2 retail premises, the successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary IT team dealing with customers face-to-face, over the telephone and by email.

The ideal candidate will have skills and at least 1- 2 years professional experience in the following:

- Apple mobile Device Repair*- diagnostics & repair on full suite of iPhone, iPad & iPod models

- PC & Laptop & Apple hardware – diagnostics & repairs

- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Apple OSX

- Software & Operating Systems support & installations

- MS Office 2013/16 Support

- Software Repairs - malware removal, security, data recovery, passwords etc

- Hardware Repairs – replacement screens, hard-drives, SSD upgrades

- Networking and wireless fault finding & repairs

  Personal Requirements:

- Fluent English language communication skills: email, telephone & face-to-face

- Tidy, organised with good concentration skills

- Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years minimum)

- Ability to work on your own to tight deadlines
