Job Responsibilities:
• Create User Stories and Use Cases
• Provide solution delivery and application expertise for business process enhancements
• Provide input into the technology plan
• Lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems
• Perform process mapping
Key Skills:
• The ability to talk to stakeholders including internal business partners
• Prior experience working on digital propositions and a familiarity with digital designs
• Proven track record delivering web-based content in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
