TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Naas, Co. Kildare are seeking applications for a Technical Account Manager for their team.

As the Technical Account Manager, you will have responsibility for the management and technical coordination of key customer accounts. This is a hybrid role requiring a strong IT background with the necessary commercial experience to fully manage the customer relationship. You will be results orientated with a natural ability to negotiate and achieve customer satisfaction.

 The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging position with exposure to the latest technologies in a fast paced multi customer environment.

 Typical Responsibilities:

·         Proactively manage the customer relationship

·         Identify opportunities and proactively up-sell technical solutions and services

·         Capture customers technical requirements, formalise scope and present to internal teams 

·         Manage service boundaries and agreed project scope

·         Negotiate customer contracts and commercials

·         Work with internal teams and oversee customer on boarding and proactive site visits

·         Provide a cross function point of escalation to manage customers’ expectations

Essential Personal Attributes:

·         Excellent people skills with an ability listen and negotiate. 

·         High degree of organisation, efficiency, urgency and follow through

·         Strong presentation skills both verbal and written.

·         Highly motivated with the ability to work on your own.

·         Team player

Experience Required:

Several years’ experience in a similar role required. Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Cyber Security advantageous. Experience of service and contract negotiation with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively upsell.

·         3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role

·         Relevant third level education

·         Relevant industry qualifications

·         English as native language
