I'm currently recruiting for a Java Team Lead/System Architect in the North East. This is a fully financially backed Start up with massive potential. This will suit an experienced Java Developer, who is looking to move into an organisation , where you will have huge career growth potential.

Ideally, you will have at least five years commercial Java experience . You will be comfortable leading a team of Developers and you will demonstrate excellent Project Management skills. This role is hands on and you will also be defining the architecture system.

Here, you will be working with the latest in Java technology along with Cloud based technology and Devops. This is a role that will give you autonomy and will likely develop into an Engineering Manager role as the team grows.

It will be important that you are a people person, with strong communication skills as you will be interacting regularly with some big name clients! Fluency in English is essential.
