TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client in South Dublin, is seeking applications for a Technical Support - Level 1 role.
*12 Months Helpdesk experience (recent) with Windows Systems, Active Directory, Exchange Server
*Skills in Active Directory/Exchange and general IT Support duties.
*Previous experience supporting multiple customers/clients in a IT Helpdesk environment
*Strong Customer Support Skills - ability to quickly resolve and respond to technical queries and close out support calls or escalate to Level 2 support.
*Excellent ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
*Must be flexible to work on a shift-pattern. 7am to 10pm
*First language English -written and verbal
