TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client in Sandyford, Dublin 18 is seeking applications for a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Role.
This role requires at least 6 to 12 months previous experience working on an IT Helpdesk, supporting multiple customers/clients with level 1 technical issues.
Skills Required Include:
*Minimum of 6-12 Months IT Helpdesk Experience with multiple customers (candidates with no previous experience in a Service Desk/Helpdesk will not be considered)
*Windows Server/Operating Systems
*Active Directory experience (password creation, permissions)
*MS-Exchange (email server)
*Experience supporting mobile devices using mobile application software eg. MobileIron, AirWatch
*Strong team player who contributes well in a team environment
*Flexible and adaptable regarding work tasks
*Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
*Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written
*Strong Customer focus - always wanting to improve the customer experience
*Mother tongue must be English
This role will require an element of shift-working so candidates should be flexible regarding hours of work. (7am to 10pm) - 4 week rotation of shifts (one week from home).
