I am currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a world renowned Fintech company based in Co. Donegal which is undergoing a sustained period of expansion.

The role:

In this role you will lead a team of internal BA's where you will work on translating business requirements into solution functional designs on numerous projects varying in size. You will be expected to work from an Agile/Scrum methodology and have a working knowledge of UX.

Desired Skills / Experience

* Educated to Degree Level or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years Business Analysis experience.
* Recognized qualification in Web/Mobile domain.
* Experience coordinating and managing workshops.
* Sprint management in Jira and Confluence
* Agile/Scrum certification or business equivalent.

Benefits;
