Technical Delivery Manager
A well established multi-national located in the heart of Dublin City Centre that offer award winning solutions that enable Financial Institutions to manage many tasks efficiently and profitably. As the Technical Delivery Manager you will be responsible for oversight and management of the Technical Delivery teams for all projects regionally This role requires someone with experienced leading multi-stream software development teams in accordance to best practices defined within the organisation. The ability to multi-task and oversee and report on multiple projects concurrently is key.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for Technical Delivery of projects regionally.
• Work with Technical Leads of different projects to plan iterations and co-ordinate development activities and resources
• Manage the resourcing requirements for the region in conjunction with the Regional VP
• Ensure technical teams adherence to the Company Delivery Methodology
• Manage and Mentor Project Technical Leads within the region
• Oversee Sprint Planning activities for projects to ensure Build & QA activities fit within the wider project plan
• Continual Assessment of Projects against Technical Project Maturity Model
• Escalation point for PM within region for Technical Challenges/Risks
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of TFS project Boards with respect to Company Delivery Methodology principles
• Monitor Developer Productivity through completion of tasks against estimates
• Work with Implementation Practice Lead to continually refine processes and standards across Technical Deliveries
Experience:
• 5+ years technical lead experience in software projects
• 3+ years of experience working in a customer facing delivery role with a high level of accountability.
• A self-starter with an ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer focus
• Strong People Management Skills
• Experience of all aspects of software project life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development and implementation.
• Experience of Agile development methodologies preferable.
Education:
• Degree or Diploma in Computing or similar related qualification
• Microsoft Certification an advantage
