This role will focus heavily on work with clients. You'll provide support, management and administration for customers and work to improve products from day to day.

You'll get to work on highly technical projects as well as coordinating with vendors and looking to ensure the best client experience possible.

You'll need to be an excellent communicator and troubleshooter as well as someone who is confident speaking with non-technical senior figures within large enterprise companies and fortune 500 clients.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline is essential.
* 4+ years experience working in a systems analyst position.
* Strong experience in financial services, investment management or trading would be preferable.
* Hands on experience with SQL Server database configuration and administration.
* Experience with Windows servers, Networking and Scripting.
* XML experience would be desirable.
* Industry knowledge and understanding of investment management workflows.
* Strong customer focused attitude.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal.
