.Net Team Lead Developer
As the .Net Team Lead Developer you will be working on enterprise level systems creating innovative solutions for an expanding organization offering exciting products to businesses on 3 continents. Due to on-going success and growth globally the .Net Team Lead Developer will join a highly technical and expanding team using the latest technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong .Net Team Lead Developer who will play a major role within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Take on a senior design and development role in ongoing development, maintenance and support projects.
• Undertake full life cycle tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment utilising the latest Web Application technologies and techniques in a SaaS environment.
• Designing and developing web application solutions to meet the evolving requirements of our product development roadmap.
• Working as part of the product development team providing guidance and technical mentoring to less experienced members where necessary
• Operate a key role in ensuring high quality code and solutions are delivered by the product development team
Experience
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• 5+years of .NET/MVC Development experience
• 5+ years post qualification experience in a software development role with experience of all aspects of the development life cycle, preferably on enterprise scale systems
• A strong knowledge of design patterns.
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering with extensive development experience in .NET, ASP.NET/Web Development, Web Services Development, Windows Services, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro-frameworks (such as JQuery etc.), XML and XHTML
• Strong knowledge of Web Standards and Technologies (AJAX, CSS, WS-Security etc.).
• Very strong object-oriented design skills and coding experience in C#
• Third level Degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in using source code control management systems
• Proven ability to work on own initiative, in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, an ability to understand complex problems and generate appropriate pragmatic technical solutions.
• Exposure to Agile Development Methodologies and Brown Field Development Scenarios.

• Proven ability to analyse technical software development/design issues and manage them to resolution.
• A proven ability to contribute to an effective and positive team environment.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality code and designs.
• The ability to analyse problem software areas and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Open to new technologies and eager to learn them
• The ability to mentor junior/less experienced developers.
