PMO Support Analyst - Dubin City Centre - Private Equity - Contract - 12 Months
Role
Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst required to work on a major change programme for Private Capital, including enhancements to core platforms, workflow and digital client experience.
The Person
This position requires a highly organised and logical individual who has a background working on projects particularly IT implementations. The candidate will be part of a virtual team and will engage with personnel across EMEA and APAC. The individual will be part of a wider team and will work closely with Project Managers, analysts and IT colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the central point of contact for the PMO and will provide support to ensure the effective delivery of projects
More specifically, you will be required to:
* Support Programme Manager and Project Managers in tracking status of delivery
* Ensure that agreed project management methodologies and standards are adhered to
* Manage and track budgets
* Prepare status reports for internal and external purposes, suitable for a senior audience
* Management and maintenance of risk, issue, assumption, dependency and change logs
* Meeting organisation including collation of actions and minutes
* Liase between project members across the virtual team to collate and document information and decisions
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess skills in:
* 3 - 5 years PMO analysis / Experience of supporting projects
* Prior experience within Financial Services sector, ideally the Funds Industry
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail ; Analytical and logical, with ability to problem solve
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with business and technical teams remotely
* Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
* High energy, dynamic, results focused
* The ability to thrive in an innovative and ambiguous working environment
Third level qualification desirable
Daily Rates €200 - €250
