UX Designer
Are you an experienced Designer, well-used to leading the charge when it comes to new technologies, new techniques and new challenges? Are you well-versed in meeting Clients, explaining new ideas, work-shopping problems and communicating every aspect of your designs? Have we got your attention??
My client is a progressive digital agency, leading their clients through Strategy, Design, Build and Promotion. This will give you the chance to work with big-name clients, exciting multi-dimensional projects and great opportunities to further your career.
Requirements:
• Strong Conceptual Thinkers – Designers who aren’t afraid to think big, exceed expectations and defend their ideas.
• Experienced Designers – People with 3-4 years of Web Design experience, preferably including some years of Agency experience. Photoshop fluency is a must.
• Designers who can build – Designers need to be able to build what they design. We’re looking for people who can build a next-generation Web project in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript/JQuery blind-folded. Bootstrap and experience with other JS Libraries or Frameworks a big bonus. Experience with CMS such as Kentico, Sitefinity and Wordpress an even bigger bonus.
• Team Players (and Future Leaders) –Designers who are as comfortable leading projects as they are playing a role on the team. Communicators who can play extremely well with others from Clients to Directors to Team-Mates. People who can be a mentor and mentee.
• All-Encompassing Designers – here, design doesn’t just mean the visuals. Design is research, experience, interaction and aesthetics. Design is strategy and future-enhancement. We’re looking for Designers who are ready & willing to do it all.
