itContracting are seeking immediate applications for an System Administrator this is a 3 month Contract position with our corporate client in Cork.

Key Responsibilities:

* Site Business Point of Contact liaising with global teams on Network/Servers/Patch Management and Firewall Protection.
* Responsible for Lab System Management - Main Responsibilities
* Software Application System Administration.
* Laboratory Process improvement solution delivery
* Business Process SME/IT Liaison.
* System Software SLC and Data Integrity.
* Responsible for Maintenance of Site Infrastructure Standards with Global Teams (e.g. Videoconferencing, Phones, Server Rooms etc.)
* Responsible for System Access Control in conjunction with global teams for Onboarding/Off-Boarding (eg. Network/SAP/Manufacturing Systems)
* Responsible for System Backups of Standalone systems
* Responsible for maintaining Disaster Recovery Plans / Business Continuity Plans
* Responsible for completion of Data Integrity & IT Risk Assessments on relevant systems.
* Completion of Preventative maintenance tasks, helpdesk tasks and CAPA tasks
* Troubleshooting of Operational Issues to support the business
* Maintain Computer systems and data in validated state
* Support IT related capital investments
* Participate on Global teams on standardization projects
* Support Compliance Audits and maintain systems in Audit Readiness state.

Experience:

* 3 years' experience in a similar environment
* Experience of FDA, HPRA, GMP, safety and environmental legislation.
* Excellent knowledge of laboratory systems in validated environment
* Experience of validation documentation, change control processes and data integrity requirements
* Experience in working with and monitoring remote teams' delivery of projects and day to day support for a business unit.
* Knowledge of networks and infrastructure an advantage.
