The Role:
• Take responsibility for capturing business requirements.
• Create As-is and To-be process maps
• Work with different departments to help map out a list of services provided by the client
• Communicate with senior stakeholders
Key Skills:
• Previous experience in the financial sector would be highly advantageous
• Prior experience working on system change projects would be beneficial
• Experience dealing with 3rd party vendors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
