My client who is a leading global payments provider is on the lookout for a Java Developer to join their team in Dublin.

The role:
• As a Java Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining in-house applications.
• Participate in the architecture and system design of J2EE web applications.
• Work in a team environment with business, frontend design, engineering support and QA analysts to deliver a project throughout the whole software development cycle
• Keep up to date with new technology development and implementation
• You will work in a team environment with business, engineering support and QA analysts to deliver a project throughout the whole software development cycle

Experience required:

• 4+ years hands on development experience with Java/J2EE
• Experience working with Spring MVC , Spring boot and database design would be a bonus
• SQL and NoSQL experience
• Good object-orientated programing experience
• Some knowledge of Linux
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree
