• Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers
• Enterprise Chat Clients (Lync, Skype for Business or similar)
• Printing Support
• Outlook in an Exchange or Office 365
• Business application support
• End user Desk Moves
• Client data transfer
• Client VPN setup
• Client WiFi troubleshooting
• Client Antivirus
• Client Network Cabling and Patching
• Peripheral device support
• Meeting and Conference Room setup and maintenance
