Desktop Support Engineer
Desktop Support Engineer sought to join an international company in Dublin, working as part of the Desktop support team and you will provide end to end user technical support. You will have responsibility for 90-100 users which include senior management.
Responsibilities:
* End to end user technical support as a part of deskside team for both hub and sites
* Handheld or iPad technical support
* Email configuration, App and image build with deployment
* Troubleshooting email client configuration and web mail app
Skills need to have:
* Knowledge about IT Service management, distribution of package and image testing
* ITSM knowledge would be beneficial
* Experience on Ticketing tools like service now would be advantageous
