Senior BI Analyst / Senior Sales Operations Analyst
realTime is looking for Senior BI / Sales Analyst to join a large and growing company based in South Dublin. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary, bonus and package on offer.
Please note that this is an urgent requirement and our Client are looking to move quickly.
The position will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and work closely with to the client portfolio Account Director. You will play a pivotal role in the account planning process, forecast accuracy, territory planning, management reporting and other value-added ad hoc projects. You will work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally and can communicate technical details to non-tech people.
The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive outcomes and to achieve their quarterly revenue goals and KPI’s. This role requires a mixture of business acumen and technical expertise, along with an ability to build strong partnerships with business partners. Success in the role will require a self-starter with strong initiative & a passion for collaborating with others to solve problems.
Job Responsibilities
• Ability to align with Account Director, plan and think strategically and deliver tactically with a strong attention to detail
• Lead BI for the EMEA regional with support of 2 Analysts
• Build models to analyse bookings and pipeline trends, productivity, and performance.
• Lead statistical analysis on performance to drive insights / recommendations for the Customer Success team / clients
Job requirements:
• 6+ years practical business experience (preferably supporting a Sales organisation)
• 4+ years direct experience in Sales Operations or as a Sales (Business Intelligence) Analyst preferably at a high-tech or software company.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
• SQL code experience with a minimum of 2+ years focus on Data Visualization and business intelligence (Tableau and Microsoft products preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence data presentation concepts
