realTime has an excellent contract role for an experienced Manager with very strong experience in Lending.
The Client is looking for someone to join them in 1-2 weeks, and the skills required include:
• Driven, skilled and disciplined lender who is results orientated.
• Credit expert at mid-market level with good up to date knowledge of current Business Banking policy and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of systems, regulations and processes in the context of Business Banking.
• Evidence of good stakeholder influencing and management skills.
• Very strong analytical ability complemented by excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Very good communication and influencing skills. Able to articulate detail clearly and concisely, and bring messages and arguments to life for target audiences.

This is an excellent contract with interviews organised at very short notice.
