My client is currently seeking to fulfil a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer position on a permanent basis. The role is accompanied by an excellent salary. What do I need to get this job?
• 1-2 years’ experience working in a directly applicable role
• Excellent drive, commitment and enthusiasm
• Either Polish/German or French/Spanish speaking is essential
• Full driving license and car
What will I be doing as a Helpdesk Engineer in this Company?
• Troubleshooting system problems - diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Talking clients through a series of actions, over instant messaging or voice call, to resolve issues
• Guiding users through a reinstall of an operating system
• Applying software fixes
• Troubleshooting with end user
• Updating drivers to solve customer issues
• Logging customer queries
• Small aspect of field work
