realTime Recruitment is on the lookout out for a Business Analyst to join one of Irelands leading financial institutions for a contract role based in Dublin City Centre.
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation with exciting opportunities going forward.
The Role:
• Take responsibility for capturing business requirements
• Provide solution delivery and application expertise for business process enhancements
• Create As-Is and To-Be process enhancement diagrams
• Lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems
Key Skills:
• The ability to talk to stakeholders including internal business partners.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry would be highly advantageous.
• Can gather information with strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience with end to end process/data mapping
• Excellent stakeholder management
